2. Governing Law.

The parties submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia to finally adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Payment for the Products will be made by a credit card accepted by GetCanadianDrugs.com, personal check
or wire transfer. If credit terms have been agreed to by GetCanadianDrugs.com, invoices are due and payable within thirty days of the date of the invoice. Customer agrees to pay interest on all amounts past due at a rate of 27 per cent per annum.

Mevacor, Prinivil, Prinzide,

Competitor price quotes must be provided at time of placing
order to be eligible.

6. 14 Day Delivery Guarantee.

If GetCanadianDrugs.com fails to deliver within 14 business days from the date it receives all required information to process the order from Customer, it will provide the Customer with a credit for shipping at no charge on their next order. Manufacturer shorted, out of stock and special order Products are excluded. GetCanadianDrugs.com will advise Customer within 72 business hours should an ordered Product be out of stock.

7. Shipping Charges; Taxes.

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on GetCanadianDrugs.com's invoice(s). If applicable, Customer is responsible for goods and services tax, sales and any other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on GetCanadianDrugs.com's invoice.

8. Title.

Title to Products passes from GetCanadianDrugs.com to Customer at the time the Products leave GetCanadianDrugs.com's affiliated pharmacy. Ship dates are estimates only. GetCanadianDrugs.com is not responsible for delays in shipment or failure to ship by the estimated ship date.

9. Warranties.

THE MANUFACTURER OF EACH PRODUCT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH A PRODUCT. 10. Return Policy.

Unopened Products may be returned for a full refund when mailed by a national postal service
within 14 days of receipt of the Products. Opened products may be returned for an account credit worth 50% of the value of the
Products when mailed by a national postal service within 14 days of receipt of the Products.
Original shipping fee and return mailing cost is not refundable or credited under this policy. Refund or credit will be granted only upon receipt
of the returned Products to the appropriate address specified by GetCanadianDrugs.com. Orders for special order or cold-shipped
items are not refundable or credited under this policy.

11. Exchanges.

14. Exports.

The Customer acknowledges that the Products sold hereunder are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations.
Further, Customer understands that GetCanadianDrugs.com
requires a prescription for any drug that requires a
prescription in the jurisdiction to which the drug is
being delivered to.

15. Entire Agreement.
|
|
Customer agrees that these Terms and any document incorporated by reference or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between Customer and GetCanadianDrugs.com pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede, terminate and otherwise render null and void any and all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, contracts, proposals or requests for proposals, whether written or oral, between Customer and GetCanadianDrugs.com. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any of the documents incorporated by reference or referred to herein, these Terms shall govern.

16. Severability.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof and any such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be severable.

17. Headings.

The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these Terms and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.

18. Force Majeure.

GetCanadianDrugs.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to back-orders of requested Products, mail delays, customs delays, and lost shipments. Customer shall be solely responsible for alternate arrangements to purchase alternate Products and any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.
