1. Logging In to Your Account
Log in to your account by entering your email address and password on the left side of our home page under "Please Login".
2. Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart
Once you are logged in to your account, click the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be returned to our home page where you can use the search field, product category tabs or alphabetical search tool to find the products you want to purchase.
Once you have located the desired product, highlight the appropriate dosage and strength and then enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the selected item to your shopping cart.
To add additional items to your shopping cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be returned to our home page where you can begin locating additional items.
To view your shopping cart at any time, click the "View Cart" button on the top right of your screen.
3. Check Out
Once you have added all the items to your shopping cart that you want to purchase, click on the "Check Out" button in your shopping cart.
You will then be guided step-by-step through the check out process by our website.
4. Order Confirmation
When paying by credit card, you will be transferred to our secure credit card processing page. Once you enter your credit card information and have clicked the "Make Payment" button, be sure to click the "OK" button on the payment confirmation screen. You will then be transferred to our final check out page which provides a notice confirming the successful placement of your order.
If you are paying by personal check, fax us a copy of your check made payable to GetCanadianDrugs.com and we will process it electronically for faster processing. Fax your check to us toll-free at 1-877-530-0700.
You will receive an email confirming the placement of your order.
5. Documents We Require to Process Your Order
RETURNING CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ORDERED PRESCRIPTION ITEMS FROM US BEFORE do NOT need to send us copies of their identification ever again as we keep these on file.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ORDERING PRESCRIPTION ITEMS WHICH HAVE REFILLS REMAINING ON THE PRESCRIPTIONS PREVIOUSLY SENT TO US do NOT need to send us these prescriptions again as we keep them on file.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ORDERED PRESCRIPTION ITEMS FROM US BEFORE AND ARE NOW ORDERING PRESCRIPTION ITEMS FOR WHICH WE HAVE NO REFILLS ON FILE are only required to fax or mail us the original of their doctor's prescription.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ORDERING PRESCRIPTION ITEMS FROM US FOR THE FIRST TIME are required to fax or mail us:
- doctor's prescription
- a copy of two pieces of identification (one ID must be a government issued photo ID and the other can be any form of ID with their full name on it such as a birth certificate, voter registration card, utility or phone bill, etc.)
